Most notably, I created the Radically Relevant Content Experience Maturity Model and Personalization framework.✔ LEADERSHIP: In addition to steering product and marketing strategy, I also represented Blue River and Mura Software in investor and acquisition meetings, contributed thought leadership to notable industry publications, and facilitated high-value sales deals.
