With over 20 years working within the lean/ continuous improvement training and consultancy environment, has given me an insight into just how lean fits into any organisation or delivery stream. With extensive experience in creating, running and managing improvement and change projects across numerous industries including: healthcare, Manufacturing, M.O.D, Aerospace, Service Industry, FMCG, Logistics and most recently Construction. My forte is having the openness and vision to apply lean and continuous improvement tools and knowledge, derived from my manufacturing experience and transferring it successfully into any arena for any audience.I have designed and developed several bespoke training programs, followed with the up-skilling and training of internal trainers/ change agents to allow the client to become self sufficient in their own right. Incorporating the training and the change culture needed to invoke success, I have mentored management teams top to bottom to ensure that lean is fully embedded and not the thought for the day.Through experience and further training, I have now expanded into the world of Standards and have been responsible for ensuring readiness for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, establishing systems and processes that not only tick the audit box but create benefit within your business.
