I was one of the Pre-show LD's for the SAG Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Center. I was tasked with being the the LD for the Live Pre-show broadcast, making sure everything went smoothly from a lighting perspective. Which included working with the director, VC, camera ops and talent to insure everyone who was interviewed on one of our two stages looked their very best.

As an Independent Consultant I consulted for premiere companies and produced in 5 categories: specials, sports, pilots, and talk and variety shows. Collaborated and liaised between Scenic and Lighting Designers, Audio Engineers, Show Directors and Executive Producers involving creative imagery, and proper production staging. Traveled to locations within the US and abroad, spanning 14 countries.Notable accomplishments here were:• Acted as and received Lighting Director (LD) credits under ABC, WGN, Big10 Network, and Discovery Network for pilots, specials, and sports.• Executed as and received lighting design credits for 300+ episodes of talk and variety show productions such as “FABLife”, “A Piece of the Game”, and “Oprah’s Masterclass”.• Delivered extraordinary work with several specials, here are a few: “NBC Up-Fronts”, “Disney Beauty and the Beast Media Tour”, “Disney Snow White Influencer Dinner”, “Disney Pixar Cars 3 Launch Party”. At this company I oversaw all technical aspects of production, lighting design, TV, and video production on programs for the Oprah Winfrey Network. Trained new technicians on equipment use. Presided over set logistics during production. Liaised between the director and crew. Collaborated with Director, and Lighting Technicians and created visuals for lighting, lasers, strobes, and spots and ensured lighting standards for all live performances to include rehearsals. Interpreted advanced needs for production. Provided production related technical support. Assisted with maintenance and use of all lighting systems, technical equipment, and facilities and ensured readiness of stages, support areas, and technical systems. Directed stagehands and aligned goals and expectations for productions.A few of my noteworthy accomplishments were:• Consummate director and designer, I was sought out and selected to consult on Season 2 upgrades which captivated millions of viewers across the network when aired.
