Vp, Human Resources Business Partner
Current· Manage the staffing budget process across the organization in partnership with the Finance team. · Manage HR budget.· Forecast staffing needs and staff augmentation. · Consults with management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. · Complete and provide necessary information for HR audits · Analyze trends and metrics to provide recommendations to the CHRO for developing solutions, programs, and policies. · Performance management: Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary, in partnership with CHRO · Oversee and manage internship program, growing the program from 3 interns in 2021 to 16 interns in 2023.· Provide HR metrics; time to fill, open/filled positions, turnover, forecasting, etc. · In consultation with the CHRO, provide HR policy guidance · Departmental restructures and workforce planning · Review and provide guidance on new job descriptions · Provides support to the Training & Development Manager to implement and measure training programs and resources. · Performs other related duties as assigned.
