Sean Sondreal is the Chief Solutions Officer, Employer Sponsored Solutions at Learning Care Group in Novi, Michigan. Sean is focused on building increasingly compelling products to serve Employers seeking to invest in childcare services for their employees. His team takes a consultative approach with employers, helping them navigate the complexities of sponsored childcare. In addition, Sean leads our Pathways Learning Academy brand partnering with faith-based organizations to activate their children’s spaces during the school week. Sean is also the founding President of the LCG iCare Foundation, a 501c3 organization that assists employees in financial stress brought on by an unfortunate life event. Sean’s background includes several marketing leadership roles, including serving at Learning Care Group’s Chief Marketing Officer from 2015 – 2022. Sean’s background includes leading marketing organizations for Beall’s and Harbor Freight tools, as well as a myriad of CRM, digital, analytics and marketing strategy roles with Kohl’s Department Stores.
