I’m a Director for an eCommerce company with an interest in building the most efficient processes and implementing appropriate systems. The most important part of my position is ensuring the care of our customers. For the past 6 years, I’ve assisted in the systematic growth of a $3 million company reach it's current state of roughly $50million. Mass Depot has grown at an exponential rate and taking care to put processes in place to avoid letting our customers down is something I take close to heart. New challenges appear in the eCommerce world on a consistent basis. This is essential to keep my problem solving skills at their peak and makes me truly appreciate my position.
