Concluded with a cost saving project launch with a goal of $10,000 saved yearly. Managed warehouse operations for one of Maersk (Philippines)'s clients – Mondelez International. Ensured all established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) met their target levels. Initiated continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and eliminate non-value-adding activities. Validated and resolved warehouse and client issues through system studies and root cause analysis techniques.Milestones:1) Created an inbound call time system for truck fleet deliveries considering SKU category, complexity, and volume in order to reduce demurrage fees amounting Php 300,000 monthly. Demurrage fees were eliminated completely, and issues regarding unloading and dwell time KPIs were also resolved.2) Increased the pallet height for specific SKUs from 1.3m to 1.6m in order to increase the amount of cases handled per pallet. This resulted in an 18% decrease in handling requirements. Moreover, rack beam heights were adjusted from 8 levels of 1.3m to 7 levels of 1.6m, increasing rack space utilization by 6% while maintaining safe levels of clearance.3) Updated the Task Manager strategy to optimize the stowing and retrieval of each SKU in the warehouse, taking into account factors such as product turnover rate, height, weight, category, temperature tolerance, workload distribution, and proximity to inbound/outbound areas. Following implementation, overall handling was reduced by 15%, as verified by radio data terminal logs.

Identified discrepancies in the warehouse's assumed ABC categorization and reclassified/reorganized the client's SKUs in the warehouse resulting in a 12% reduction in handling2) Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc. - Transport Management Service:Created a simulation on cost savings via trip reduction initiatives such as backloading, co-loading, and multi-drop resulting in a reduction of truck dispatchments by 16% (439 trips) and costs by 9.4% (Php 8,835,000) monthly.3) Reckitt Benckiser (Philippines), Inc. - Cross Dock Management Service:Adjusted worker roles and schedules to address process bottlenecks and better suit the client's drumbeat which led to a reduction in worker idle time by 48 hours or 6 working shifts.

An 18-month program consisting of 3 job rotations in the supply chain industry, designed to provide a well-rounded perspective on building a logistics career. Trainees gain hands-on experience across a range of industry services, including Warehouse Management, Transport Management, Value-Added Services, Solutions Design, Account Management, and Commercial Management.

Performed a System Study on EUG Freight Services’ present system to generate feasible solutions to the identified major weakness in their day-to-day business operations. Simulating the chosen solutions via Arena Simulation Software, the company’s total successful dispatchments increased by 1.5% allowing the company to reach its KPI of 99%. This proposed system’s benefit translates to a net present value estimated at PHP 2.8 million in 3 years.

Conducted Usability Measure Tests and House of Quality Examinations on the company’s virtual exhibition interface to revamp website design factors which improved user errors by 68%, time efficiency by 22%, and satisfaction by 68% which allowed the company to reach their KPI of 50% repeat visitors.

Superintended the implementation of a Put-to-Light System in the company’s warehouse through project plan management, physical installation supervision, user manual/SOP (first edition) creation, radio data terminal flow troubleshooting, and failure mode & effects analysis. Applied the 5S methodology for workplace organization and efficiency through the creation of an inspection regimen.
