Wrote RIA literature reviews and summaries.• Conducted a quality assurance review of a spreadsheet model of costs and risk-adjusted benefits of a proposed rule.• Conducted research on appropriate methodologies and data for estimation of transportation asset loss-of-use cost impacts.• Reviewed public comments to a rulemaking for air traveler screening, and identified, collected, and cataloged comments relevant to a pending lawsuit.For the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) I conducted economic analyses for several petitions for rulemaking.
