I was born in Gen. Trias, Cavite. I spent my professional life working in the Philippines. I learned to write and speak in English from primary school to college. I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation at Philippine Nautical and Technological College. In the past, I have worked on different tasks within the call center industry and has been with them for almost four years. The first company I worked with was one of the biggest online stores in the US, and held the position of a chat support agent. I assist customers through live chat and emails about their order-related concerns. With this experience, I learned how to communicate with customers and make them satisfied with the service I provided. The second job I had was a customer service representative for a telecommunication company. I take inbound calls and does outbound calling when necessary. I help customers with network issues and billing inquiries. I learned how to empathize with troubled customers by putting myself in their shoes and leaving a long-lasting impression.In my free time, I like to learn new things and be creative. I study and practice photography. I love spending time with my family.
