I started my career in the technology and video world over 15 years ago. I currently am a corporate freelance audio visual technician with a background in video editing, live broadcast switching, setup, operation, and strike of high end audio equipment. Serving as a technical director for our live broadcast at my church has been a philanthropic endeavor that has taught me much about problem solving in a live setting. I currently run as a technical director/operator solo for all live broadcasting needs at my church, so anything that could go wrong during a live broadcast I have to solve on the fly. This also requires me to work unsupervised, multitask, and take on responsibility in a rapid changing live environment. I also have experience with lighting in a live setting. My preference is running as a V1 live with programs such as Vmix, creating graphics with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, and love the visual arts and entertainment world. I also run a commercial video production company promoting organizations through provocative storytelling and digital media with decades of experience in the arts and business communities. In the past I was a sales associate in the automotive industry, and an ATR trained Peer Mentor working in Vancouver, WA. I also have been fortunate to work with foster care support organizations to help improve the lives of foster children. In college I served as Northern Regional Vice President, project planner, organizer, leader, and received extensive training through Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. I have an educational background in Anthropology and Business. I also still utilize my experience as a professional photographer, and provide professional services for weddings, events, products to market, and environmental portraiture.
