Served as deputy to CHRO, leading corporate HR operations for an $11b science and technology company. Member of core business model design team for spin-off of the IT/technology services sector and principal architect for future state HR model. Aligned HR design to spin-off business strategy and operating model, baselining comprehensive cost/investment portfolio and scaling future state design to scope of new enterprise. Managed $22m annual operating budget, adapted resources to changing business requirements and streamlined corporate HR staff by 33% through systems improvements, functional redesign and corporate relocation.
