• Implemented the largest deployment of the Salesforce platform to support a targeted audience of over 300,000 users.• Participated in the company split of HP and it's Salesforce environment, which was completed in under 6 months.--Role: Integration Lead for Sales Information Data Storage (IDS): • Continuous migration of data, using Informatica Powercenter, from the Salesforce.com environment to a SQL Server database for consumption by downstream systems.• Requirements gathering and analysis | Solution design & testing | Coordination of 5+ member offshore development team | Code implementation within strict 3 month schedule. • Perform end-to-end defect analysis & resolution of Salesforce, Oracle, and SQL Server.• Automated and scaled down schema change manual validation time between the test and production SQL Server environments from 4+ hours to 30 seconds or less by creating a C# program which pulls metadata from both servers and makes a comparison with the differences output in a report. --Role: Solution Lead for Mobility: • Use of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Apex to provide custom functionality to users of the Salesforce1 mobile app.• Utilization of Apex controllers and Ajax with REST/SOAP API for retrieving data from Salesforce. • Propose new enhancements to existing work and enhancements beyond stated requirements.• Train and manage team members.• Working to be one of the first Lightning developers for Salesforce1 at HP.--Role: SaaSPMO Administrator: 2012 - 2014• Sole administrator and developer for PMO environment of Salesforce, which is used for requirements logging and other PMO activities. • IT Decision Maker for changes to the environment, along with a business counterpart.• Created new users, managed reports and dashboards, bulk data uploads into Salesforce, created new objects, fields, record types, triggers, and page layouts.• Managed User Roles and Profiles• Frequently debugged user access and data visibility issues.
