Feb. 5, 2013) (affirmed on appeal by 8th Circuit): Working on behalf of defendant-insurer, obtained summary judgment dismissal of plaintiff's $2,700,000 CGL and professional liability insurance coverage claims.Scanlon v. Life Ins. Co. of N. Am., 670 F. Supp. 2d 1181 (W.D. Wash. 2009): Working on behalf of plaintiff-policyholder, obtained summary judgment ruling that $500,000 life insurance policy covered subject incident.
