Managed the team and served as the primary spokesperson to teachers, students, parents, administrators, local community and elected officials,Smithsonian Institution - Collections Campus Strategic Master PlanDirected an interdisciplinary team in the creation of a 40 year strategic master plan to permanently house a collection of 155 million artifacts across more than 30 locations. Proposal required intense research, analysis, interviews, and ultimately consensus among key stakeholders of 19 collecting units of the Smithsonian Institution.Smithsonian Institution - South Mall Campus Master PlanLed a team of architects and engineers through the completion of a master plan for the Smithsonians most iconic buildings including the historic Castle and Arts and Industries building. The design solution combined the Smithsonian's most pressing required maintainence projects with bold and strategic design interventions to create massively improved visitor experience and building renovations. Project acheived NCPC approval in 2018.
