About Sean Wilkinson

Sean has been developing strategies and beautiful communications for businesses and individuals since 2001, always striving to find appropriate, creative solutions that are as timeless as they are contemporary. In 2010 he co-founded Might & Main with partner Arielle Walrath, and it has evolved to a multi-disciplinary team of strategists, writers, designers, illustrators (and more) from their home base in beautiful Portland, Maine. Together the team has created comprehensive branding strategies and visual identities for a wide variety of clients in the hospitality, food & beverage, and consumer goods space. They hold a special knack for compelling and engaging brands for hotels, as well as beautiful bar and restaurant identities, launching nationally acclaimed locations from Portland (Maine) to the other Portland, to San Francisco, Boston, Bozeman, New York, Charleston, Savannah, and beyond. Might & Main has been recognized nationally by Hospitality Design, PRINT, HOW Design, AdWeek, Communication Arts, Art of the Menu, For Print Only and more. Sean has held board positions with the Portland Museum of Art Contemporaries, Maine Writers & Publishers, and the Percival Baxter Foundation for Deaf & Hard of Hearing Children, and is a past President of the Maine chapter of AIGA, the Professional Association for Design.
