Developed PLC programs for Allen Bradley PLCs using RSLogix 5000. Specifically worked on CIP systems and dairy processes. Also developed simulation programs for some systems.Developed HMI components and screens using FactoryTalk View.Developed sequences using pin charts and sequencer logic within PLCs to control complex mechanical machinery including elevators, rotators, servos, and pushers.Worked on-site commissioning for a handful of systems which included IO-checkout, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, AB VFD configuration, AB managed network switch configuration, and startup.Successfully worked alongside plant staff to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as necessary.Developed panel drawings using SOLDIWORKS Electrical 2019, and some experience with AutoCAD.Wrote a Python executable to generate .L5X files from Excel device lists to automate early-stage device programming for projects. Wrote a Python executable to enhance the standard find-and-replace functionality offered by RSLogix 5000, enabling serial tag replacement, individually addressed array replacements, and plain-text find and replace to allow for easy mass comment modifications.
