- Oversee or assist with sponsorship activation and fulfillment for sixty plus (60+) corporate partners; communication, coordination and execution- Create, execute, and carry-out all social media campaigns- Create and manage K-State Sports Properties Twitter Account- Research, prospect, and develop quality leads with companies throughout the state of Kansas for new business acquisitions - Develop foundational relationships with corporate partners, K-State Athletics, vendors, and facility employees- Ensure correct logos, messaging and representation of all corporate partners throughout all game day inventory- Create and oversee in-game promotions, contests to maximize fan interaction for ROI- Oversee football game day workers – hiring, placement, and responsibilities - Record keeping and tracking of game program sales and hospitality expenses- Coordination of all game day displays, giveaways, and hospitality suites- Distribution and tracking tickets, parking passes, and hospitality passes for all sports- Management and entry of data programs and procedures – inventory tracking, client/prospect tracking and sales progress reports- Collect, create, and submit all radio inventory for fifty plus (50+) corporate partners- Coordination of office support – graphic requests, new inventory, proof of performance and administrative duties- Create and implement comprehensive property sales materials and proposal templates- Oversee research/statistics for all categories and companies for new partner acquisitions
