== Project Financial Analyst ==Devise, apply, maintain, and modify core analytical model libraries to assess the risk and profitability of each potential opportunity. Interpret results of financial analysis procedures. Apply sensitivity analysis and Monte Carlo model to reveal, assess and manage the risk of proposed development project. == Real Estate Data Analyst ==Make statistical inferences to support decision making process. Perform data mining, cleaning, and exploratory analysis of internal user data. Conduct data analysis to reveal current market facts and ongoing trends, and recommend development strategy. Continually identify business challenges and lead data team to present ad-hoc data analyses.== Fund Management ==Raised over $80M in total for real estate fund and over 30 development projects by giving presentation and elaborating on term sheet, OM and pro forma to limited partners. Produce OM and periodic investment report for LPs. Manage investors relationship and provide advice on tax issues such as 1031 exchange and tax reporting.== Real Estate Project Management ==Identify, track, and maintain metrics for ongoing projects. Design and develop dashboard with dynamic charts and pivot tables for projects performance and financial metrics. Facilitate escrow closing, construction loan closing, and other relative procedures, by working with attorneys, lenders, investors, escrow, and title companies to complete all due diligence, legal and financial documents in a thorough and timely manner.== Entrepreneurship and Leadership ==Hire, train, motivate and coach other analysts in the team; assign projects and tasks, monitor the progress, evaluate the result, and provide timely feedback to junior analysts on daily or weekly basis. Provide analytical training across the teams and attend day to day corporation management meetings.
