I'm a scientist, innovator/entrepreneur, and medical school and information and computer science professor (split appointment). I'm also the author of the #1 Wall Street Journal and international bestselling book, Stick with It (HarperCollins), on the science behind how to make lasting behavioral change. I help people, patients, and businesses make lasting changes in their lives and work.
