Client: Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA)- Drove operational oversight of a more than $192.5 million contract with transit client by providing process consulting involving the implementation of new fare payment technology.- Co-directed effort to collate client deliverables, resulting in the collection of an additional $2.9 million in uncollected revenue in 2020 and $1.5 million in new technology implementation in 2021.- Streamlined incident planning and response procedures and developed project-specific impact analyses, critical in evaluating and meeting the project's deadlines, through the use of self-instructed applications (i.e., MS Access, MS Project).- Managed relationship with chief project vendor to ensure adherence to contractual obligations as well as to conduct routine risk management.Client: Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA)- Operated as day-to-day liaison analyzing departmental policies as well as enforcement procedures throughout the more than 35 parking districts to determine areas of greater efficiency in issuance.- Acted as primary, onsite company representative during special projects, providing necessary expertise and leading issue management.
