Leads analytics platform area for Centre for Knowledge and analytics, BCG. Responsible for architecting cloud based solutions for analytics groups covering topics in predictive analytics, big data & machine learning, geo analytics and data visualization. Responsible for leading the relationship with enterprise IT for implementing cloud based platform for advanced analytics, data engineering, digital solutions and automated deployments (dev Ops). Works with consulting team and BCG customers to define architecture for faster delivery through cloud based architectures. Conducts workshops and webinars for business to provide insights into cloud architectures and generate lead for new solutions.Manage yearly budgeting and funding for platform initiatives for Analytics group

Manoj is a technology architect in Infrastructure domain. As a technology architect, he takes part in various phases of project lifecycle which starts from (a) Pre-implementation consulting to identify high level requirements (b) Requirments analysis and product evaluation (c) Define NFR (d) Infra design and capacity planning (e) Implementation and monitoring (f) Performance tuning and optimization. As an architect, he is also indirectly involved in (g) organization pre-sales activities to provide technology perspective and (h) help in project management and tracking.

Key responsibilities as Technology Lead includes (but not limited to) (a) Infra and monitoring solution development (b) Provide inputs for Infra design (c) Proof of concept for proposed implementation models (d) Manage implementation team work for planned deliverables. As a technology lead, he was extensively involved in organizational pre-sales activities for Enterprise Management Solutions group which focussed around design and implementation of HP-BTO monitoring suite. He has been involved in articulating the solution perspective form many key proposals in EMS space.

As a Consultant, the responsibilities were to (a) work with Enterprise Management Solution delivery lead to define solution roadmap (b) work with Enterprise Management Solution sales lead on prospective clients (c) competency development in HP-BTO monitoring space (d) collaborate with vendor (HP) alliance team for technical enablement and joint engagement model

As an Associate Consultant, the key responsibilites were on project deliverables. Working with customer technical teams, planning for technical deliverables, tracking and reporting etc.

As a Software Engineer, Manoj was a part of Platform Migration team. His focus area was towards development of migration tools to automate the process and reduce migration complexity. He has worked extensively in large scale windows and server migration project during this timeperiod.
