Shannon Sears serves as the Director of Corporate Engagement and Community Experience at Canadian Women in Communications and Technology (WCT). WCT is a national non-profit organization working to close the gender gap, promote female leadership and advance diversity by supporting women through professional development, mentorship, advocacy, and research. In her role, Shannon oversees sponsorships and partnerships, a suite of national programs, and supports ten vibrant chapters nationwide. Shannon lives and works in Toronto on traditional unceded and unsurrendered territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples.
