I have worked with programs that empower individuals and communities. My expertise is in program development and management for out of school time programs, including but not limited to literacy programs, community and equity building through social emotional learning with a social justice and anti-racist lens. I excel at building systems and structures to develop capacity, growth management, and sustainable programs.
