Seeing the demand for competitive commercial loan programs she founded Trinity Capital Development Company a firm committed to providing innovative solutions for business owners & real estate investors various needs.In 2009 due to a high demand from her clients for representation in their real estate acquisitions as well as financing, Seatrice is also Managing Broker and Principle at Foster & Williams Real Estate and a member of the National Association Of Realtors. She has facilitated over 500 Million in residential & commercial transactions.
