Current• Focus of role has been on creating efficiencies and systems that will benefit the school, it’s employees and families.• In Director role, responsible for developing and driving the process for new student admissions, creating an innovative and personalized experience for prospective families.• Educate parents on the Montessori program and build confidence in this unique methodology for educating children.• Lead and design tours, meeting with parents who are often anxious about their child’s placement or about Montessori. Completely overhauled the application process, creating a more personalized and caring experience that maximizes success for both the school and prospective parents. This process also includes a comprehensive questionnaire and multiple levels of determining whether a family is good fit.• “Close the deal” with families through addressing lingering questions and guiding them through completion of the contract.• Revamped the process for declining families, which now includes a one-on-one meeting.• Track enrollment and trends to communicate and strategize with management.• Proactive in maintaining relationships with clients and continuing to instill confidence in their experience at the school. • Enhance customer experience and draw in new families through social media photos highlighting the unique learning system and delicious meals• Plan events, such as community building events, school performances, workshops, meetings and “graduation”.
