• Oversee ongoing programming that celebrates Deaf culture and Sign Language, including festivals, workshops, art exhibitions, and creative collaborations• Develop and maintain an overall budget of $490,000• Partner with various local and out-of-state organizations and venues • Inspire broader community interest in Deaf cinema, performing arts, and art & design • Lead development, grant writing and marketing activities, including research, fundraising, data management, writing reports, and sharing feedback • Hire and work with various contractors, artists, producers, etc for various events• Started with one biannual signature event: Seattle Deaf Film Festival with a budget of $12,000. Later, the committee and I cofound Deaf Spotlight, main umbrella for creative and cultural programming in cinema, theatre, visual arts, and arts education. Past seven years, I have been cultivating and developing new programming that align with our mission.

-Procured prop, costume, paint, scene, stage, and electronic materials for theatrical productions-Coordinated timely pick-ups, deliveries, purchases, and rental equipment for various departments-Digitalized and archived past theatrical production materials-Researched and maintained vendor database for theatrical materials

-Supported development department, direct services, and general operations -Responsible for community outreach and fundraising efforts, including creating printed and digital materials-Assisted in event planning activities-Served as the gatekeeper for Deaf and DeafBlind survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and harassment-Maintained website, calendar and social media

-Maintained College of Education website and social media -Wrote and provided editing support for reports and correspondence -Implemented, troubleshot, and maintained various databases
