Management and maintenance of fleet vehicles state wide. Produce progress, capacity and finacial reports for internal use. Create purchase orders, reconcile/approve sub contractor invoicing. Frequent contact with Team leader, Project managers and other team members. Liaison with clients and sub-contractors in relationship to fleet maintenance contract. Liaise with Project Manager, Supervisors for input and update status purposes. Produce fleet maintenance reports at client request.

General automotive administration in realtion to creating work orders, closing work orders, creating warranty claim papers for submission.
