CurrentTo support clients leverage Medisolution products and deliver human capital management expertise in an increasingly competitive Canadian Health Care industry.Responsibilities:• Troubleshoot, facilitate, and implement HRIS/Recruitment/Payroll software for clients within the healthcare industry, supporting over 15 hospitals weekly• Minor help desk duties associated with vendor application and groups• Maintain documentation, support in creating SOW, requirements, and coordinating with relevant parties before and after completion of work• Ad-Hoc support with remote JIT support with client servers for application | database | IIS troubleshooting• Manage CRM ticket system, escalate to developers, and liaison between clients to implement bugfix/updates as needed • Ensure UAT (user acceptance testing) is conducted for clients and facilitate the process as needed• Installation of new updates, bugfixes and tracing data input issues on behalf of clients to accurately connect payroll system with human resources/scheduling/recruitment portals and payroll applications interfacing with 3rd party vendors or web services • Using TSQL queries creating analysis from Microsoft Server Management at the client’s site Databases for insights on application data | create Powershell scripts for client servers to automate tasks associated with multiple interface engines• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation and product release notes for clients related to products/specifications• Conducting competitive intelligence gathering to find use cases of newer enhancements for current and future clients while guiding developers on the idea/roadmap for production from concept• Test and provide quality assurance for everyday and more recent products (SAAS) for functional/integration capabilities
