Managing Talent, prop & set design for shoots, building the agency’s approach to studio set-ups.○ Daily solution-driven problem solving, actively involved in my team’s work, guiding them through production challenges, time pressures and problematic client feedback.○ Responsible for department capacity, hiring and budgets, leading daily resource meetings to ensure scheduling of the creative team is organised and efficient. ○ Manage and delegate projects to individuals based on skillset, workload and brand awareness. Running immersion sessions and team briefings, ideation workshops & creative sprints.○ Training & upskilling team members, weekly-monthly-quarterly 1-1s, development road mapping, and building on the company offering through training.

○ Running Habitat's quarterly social media campaign as Producer-Director for Instagram, Pinterest & Facebook (organic & paid)○ Working with the Art Director and in-house Stylists & Designers to understand various product categories & trends and to translate that into authentic storytelling for their consumers○ Concepting ideas with Habitat's strategy partner, Ogilvy - delivering creative response to brief presentations, building storyboards, reference packs and scripting for all outputs○ Working with the studio team to schedule all stages of production○ Overseeing post production & managing the edit team across both film and animation

○ Managing high-end film production for Envision Virgin Racing (Formula E), British American Tobacco, EY & Smartly.io across different departments and for various channels, including large-scale sponsorship, product marketing, social & commercial. ○ Running multiple shoots from initial client brief through to completion. Producing, directing crews, art dept assistance during shoots and casting Talent (inc. minors), location sourcing and prop hire. ○ Active involvement in overseeing post-production.○ Creating production schedules, quotes, creative briefs, and hiring freelancers for multiple live shoots (inc. 1st ADs, Gaffer, Sparks, Make-up, Stylist, Art Dir & Assistant, and Runners).
