Within my 15 years of experience I have known several industries / companies and several areas inside them, always related to analysing and improving processes involved. Thus, I have gathered experience and knowledge in transactional banking, education, telecommunications, commercial processes, software development and implementation, digital and physical based services, and, mainly, financial processes. Besides, I have learned a lot in a self-taught or training way on various complementary topics that supported these positions. This experience combined very well with my self-taught, positive, cheerful, innovative and authentic way of being, deivering a fast professional growth, allowing me to became a committed, flexible and effective professional, and a coop-based leader, concerned about balance within team members, and a innate entrepreneur within organization or in my own projects.My last 8 working years were held in Financial Controllling and FP&A positions in 3 companies withing the holding, with incremental responsibilities and important achievements for both the organization and me.Last year and a half I have ventured into the world of "exclusive" entrepreneurship (I had previous participations in several projects while I was still in the dependent world), founding or co-founding 4 main projects and dedicating more time and quality to my family life... and I do not regret it.I truly believe that balance between life and work is more important than economic abundance...
