•Integrate the corporate HR strategy and operating plan with the business ensures implementation.•Partner with Line manager and Executive to ensure effective people leadership •Provide an advisory and consultative HR service to the executive, senior management and line management and staff•Partner with Executive to identify key trends relating to people that impact on strategy delivery and ensure that an effective BU development plan is in place to address these•Act as a partner and change leader regarding transformation, change and people issues•To Partner with the other Centres in Human Capital in the roll out, execution and implementation of the various HR projects. •Educate business on the various policies and processes and the interpretation of same.•Perform and facilitation role in applying consistency in all Human Capital practices.•Collaborating with line managers and Human Capital centres to ensure that a consistent approach is taken to human capital matters.•Conduct recruitment for Senior Manager and oversee the recruitment by recruitment consultant•Environmental scanning and to keep management informed and to recommend solutions.•To work with business on their workforce planning to ensure adequate resourcing and timely intervention for the filling of vacancies.•Control and monitor Employee Relations processes including disciplinary enquiries and grievances (advising both Line Management and employee of correct procedures and legislation) •Provide support in the areas of employee development and employee wellness.•Build and maintain relationships with business partners and key stakeholders •Organizational development and change management initiatives and conduct exit interviews•Training, development and succession planning •Management of employment equity and transformation within the organization •Sit in talent management committee
