The Sandbox is a user-generated, virtual gaming world where players can build, own, and monetize their gaming experience.Responsible for 2 squads/teams of 8 multidisciplinary members each, which include developers, UX/UI designers, QAs, and PO. I act as PM and SM facilitating all ceremonies (from planning to retros), defining the year roadmap divided into quarters, and organizing the backlog and sprints with the PO. I manage the projects’ risks, communicate progress, negotiate ETAs with stakeholders, and manage the releases.As the team's main achievement, we released the “2023 most important feature” (the CEO's words) that consists of allowing the creators to publish their experiences by themselves. It was a more than 1-year project with a team built from scratch.
