The Sandbox is a user-generated, virtual gaming world where players can build, own, and monetize their gaming experience.Responsible for 2 squads/teams of 8 multidisciplinary members each, which include developers, UX/UI designers, QAs, and PO. I act as PM and SM facilitating all ceremonies (from planning to retros), defining the year roadmap divided into quarters, and organizing the backlog and sprints with the PO. I manage the projects’ risks, communicate progress, negotiate ETAs with stakeholders, and manage the releases.As the team's main achievement, we released the “2023 most important feature” (the CEO's words) that consists of allowing the creators to publish their experiences by themselves. It was a more than 1-year project with a team built from scratch. Software factory where I was responsible for multiple projects/clients. I managed different small teams of 3-4 people, mainly developers, and QAs, in which I gathered requirements, translated them into specs, and brought them down to the devs. I participated in the Discovery Phase to understand together with the client what they need for their business, wrote down the specs to then discussed them with them. After this, there was an instance with the tech lead to define what and how it can be done and make an overall estimation of the project. Finally, it was presented to the client to validate and decide in how many phases we could deliver an increment of the product. We worked with Agile, with sprints, and others with Kanban. I also helped the founders with the OKR definition and participated in hiring collaborators.

It was a very short time in the company where I was assigned to one project that ended soon and I was sent to bench as there were no more projects. I spent the days studying and I got the Scrum Foundations Professional Certificate in that while.

Responsible for developing and implementing various systems and tools associated with the strategic planning of OOH advertising campaigns for internal use. I implemented the usage of SCRUM in the company.I managed 2 teams that were in charge of the development of 2 different tools. Both had between 3-4 members that included developers, QA, and UI designer. I was the first and unique PO working in the company so I had the not-easy challenge of setting up the teams from scratch, teaching the top management as well as the members of the teams what agile methodology means, how it can be applied to the development process, and the benefits of it. It was an achievement that we implemented Scrum successfully. As PO I was in charge of making decisions regarding the product implementation, with the roadmap definition, creation of stories and tasks, managing priorities, negotiating with the stakeholders, and communicating progress to the top management.

I worked as a project manager having constant contact with clients to know their needs for the product, and with potential clients offering them trials for a certain time so that they have the possibility of testing and working with the tool and evaluating its operation. The requirements identified, after being analyzed and validated by the client himself, are delegated to a technician in the work team for their development. This work team is under my responsibility, which is why I am in charge of coordinating the tasks to be carried out.I also monitored the projects during and after implementation to validate that the client is satisfied with what was done. After a certain period of project completion, we analyze together with the client, improvements in the operation and new requirements to implement to increase productivity.At the same time, I had direct contact and dealings with the company's partners for task planning and improvements in the product and work processes. I actively participated in the company's decisions for the organization of work teams, their main tasks, and how to carry them out.

This involves having a lot of contact with the client, knowing where they find their weak points, and finding the best solution to strengthen them. It is a joint effort where the focus is on the client achieving their objectives using our platform.He also participated in internal company projects to improve the inConcert product. This involves research, analysis of the problem, search for a solution, sometimes stress and performance tests, and contact with the product development team and company managers.

I developed and managed projects using the company's software (using SQL) to solve all types of needs required by a contact or call center, whether IVRs, management forms, integration with other components, etc. We use Asterisk and VoIP for the development of telecommunications between call centers and their clients.I had permanent contact with clients from whom I relayed requirements and solved incidents.
