Roaster - Quality ControlCafés El Magnifíco Dec 2022 - Jul 2024Barcelona, SpainAs a Roaster and part of the Quality Control team, I have had the opportunity to develop and improve my roasting skills. During my time with the company, I have worked with three different roasting machines, including two Vittoria (one 15 kg and one 30 kg) and a 35 kg Loring, which has allowed me to gain extensive and versatile experience in this field.I have roasted more than 120,000 kilos of green coffee, which is equivalent to around 4,000 batches and 1,300 hours of roasting. Throughout this process, I have optimized and perfected each roasting profile by means of a rigorous quality control in the production that we carried out on a weekly basis. This work has allowed me to guarantee not only the consistency in the flavor and quality of the coffee, but also to contribute to the innovation of our products.The continuous improvement and the search for quality with which I work, has contributed to maintain and improve the standards in our production, assuring that each batch that we make in our plant meets the expectations of our clients.Highlights:I have successfully managed the relocation of the Roasterty, ensuring the seamless adaptation of production to the new space without any disruption to the operation. -
