Functions: Manage operations database and market research results databases. Perform analysis, recommendations and present the client with main findings. Respond to customer requests. Provide clients with complete and clear analyzes, where impact situations are detected and recommendations oriented to business strategy are created. Identify and interpret the needs and strategies of clients. Generate actions that strengthen the relationship and service with the client.

Responsibilities:• Commercial and corporate real estate research and analysis in Bogota, Medellin, Cali and Barranquilla.• Analysis of market trends on corporate real estate market in Colombia.• Create custom reports tailored to industries and specific needs.• Lead data mining required to generate new business.Achievments:• Make approximately 20 reports of corporate real estate market in Bogota, Medellin, Cali and Barranquilla in one year.• Collect information of demand, supply and prices, increasing databases with more than 50% of information in office and industrial projects.• Manage databases with more than 1,000 property information records, which allowed commercial support and sales growth year to year of 10%.
