As curator body related design I am responsible for Museum Arnhem’s collection of fashion and jewelry and for new exhibitions or events related to fashion and jewelry design.

At Hul le Kes I am responsible for the management of all daily activities, strategy, marketing and brand management. Together with fashion designer Sjaak Hullekes and our team we started the Hul le Kes brand to start a new episode in fashion.

A recovery studio for both people and textiles. Here Hul le Kes helps people recover and reintegrate into society, while at the same time textiles are repaired to be able to start another life. I was asked to create a new concept for the further education students at ROC Rijn IJssel. I have developed the Studio RYN plan in which education and business are coming together within a high-end clothing manufacturing company.Since Studio RYN became an actual manufacturing company I am in charge of the overall management of its manufacturing studio. I am responsible for its financial control, process management, strategy and more, all to direct Studio RYN to a profitable future. Besides being a small scale manufacturer Studio RYN is an important place for, so called, 'excellent' students to be educated.

Arnheim Fashion Group is the company behind the fashion brand Hul le Kes, manufacturing company Studio Ryn and the Hul le Kes Recovery Studio. It is responsible for the management of these company cells and other external projects we believe are important to change the fashion system.

HAN University for applied science (2019, '20, '21) | Radboud University (2020, '21) | Amsterdam Fashion Institute (2021) | Wageningen University (2021) - As a guest lecturer I explain about my different approach to business management. Business management ased on the combined intrinsic motivations of employees, following natural cycles towards a sustainable, creative, innovative and inclusive company.

My job is to make sure all participating events will be showcased on a similar (creative) level by advising and guiding the different organizations. I connect people and (new) participants and make sure all new initiatives are in line with the principles of FDFA. I am responsible for the branding of FDFA in its campaigns, its graphic designs and overall look and feel. FDFA gave me the challenge to showcase the participating events as one high-end overallevent and reach a brought target group.

The project 'Duurzame Mode 025' (Sustainable Fashion 025) aims to strengthen, connect and profile the fashion eco system in the 025 region (Arnhem, Nijmegen and surrounding area) as a region for experiment, innovation and sustainability. Together with five designers the project will search for alternative business models and local manufacturing sources. At this project I am responsible for the overall (artistic) management.

Sjaak Hullekes and I founded the 'Sjaak Hullekes' men's wear brand. I have been in charge of all (daily) management of the company, focussing on its strategics and brand management. By 2013 the brand had two brand-shops (Arnhem + The Hague) and have been sold in Japan, USA, France and the Netherlands. By the end of 2015 Sjaak Hullekes and I decided to stop all activities of this brand.

In 2011 I founded the 'Arnhemse Stockdagen' foundation to help (young) Dutch designers sell their stock as a collective. Nowadays the event has 200 participating designers from all over the Netherlands.
