As a Senior Portfolio Architect, my core responsibility is to enhance the digital management of Energinet's construction projects by evolving a new Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system. This move is expected to be beneficial for Energinet, as embracing more digitalization through machine learning will help in executing the right projects efficiently and on time.In the last three years, I have led the development of a customized PPM system for Energinet based on the MS Power Platform. Recently, I released a new risk tool using Power Apps and Power BI, replacing the old model, which will now be used for construction projects across the company.
