I was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Hildesheim, Germany. I love teaching, both individually or in tandems with colleagues and practitioners. My profile includes lectures such as “Service Engineering and Service Management”, “Advanced Research Methods for Information Systems Students”, or “Agile Project Management”. Moreover, I am interested in service research covering both, approaches that focus on the conception stage such as business model development or business process modeling with relation to service networks or service ecosystems, as well as approaches that focus on the execution stage such as failure management, quality management, and business process optimization. Over the years, I gained some experience in the procurement, management, and execution of publicly funded research projects such as “EOL-IS”, “Cooperation Experience”, or “Pro-X-Lab”. Lately, I was diving into Agile and design-driven approaches and I experimented with Storyline 360 to create and improve interactive online courses for e-learning. Furthermore, my project teammates and I tied to establish university-near offerings for students and alumni to further enhance their profiles with presently demanded skills and to get to know the diverse companies and their offerings from the district of Hildesheim and its rural surroundings.
