Sebastian runs the Sarum Group (the trading name of the businesses Danesdale Land, Elmbirch Properties and Sarum Properties - through the holding company Sarum Lands). The Sarum Group represents one of the larger privately held BTR/Freeholder businesses in the England & Wales, owning the freehold interest in some 11,000 homes and providing management to another 7,000 homes. Following the death of his business partner, Tamara Folkesson, Sebastian has taken control of the whole group, whilst continuing to work with their connected development company, Cliveden Land, to develop new products and services (including affordable rental products) for the Sarum Group.Sebastian is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He has worked with a number of very successful businesses over the years, mostly fast growing young businesses, in sectors as diverse as Property, Financial Services, FinTech, Communications/PR and Training. He continues his roles at Connect and AltAssets. Sebastian continues to be a keen skier and regular participant in the International Inferno, the oldest and longest downhill race.
