Sole EMEA-based counsel for NASDAQ-listed software company and member of the EMEA management team, with the following responsibilities:- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including software licensing, consultancy services, software maintenance, distributor/reseller, confidentiality, research and development and subcontractor agreements.- Drafting UK and international employment contracts and advising on employment disputes and unfair dismissal claims.- Legal establishment of overseas branches and subsidiaries.- Filing and maintaining corporate records for all EMEA entities (17 entities).- Advising on disputes with customers.- Providing ad hoc legal advice on a wide range of matters to all departments and international subsidiaries.- Advising on property matters.
