I am an aspiring software engineer that currently attends Penn State Behrend as a sophomore. I have had an interest in computers and how they work since I was young. Taking things apart and putting them back together was, and still is, my favorite pastime. However, now I more so enjoy creating my own code and learning how different aspects of computer systems work.In high school, I participated in a battle bots competition in which I got to create my own robot and it sparked something in me. During this time, I knew I wanted to explore the world of operating systems and design my own. I enjoy researching and constructing my own coding programs and hope to one day be able to apply that to my own project. Java and C++ have been the main sources of my projects that I tend to mess around with. As I work, I learn more and more about my interests and the programs themselves. The possibilities of what I can do are endless. I am striving to better my knowledge so I can hopefully create something that can make a difference, while still letting my creativity shine
