Having worked across a range of industries comes with its challenges, but also its rewards. I have gained a vast understanding of many disciplines and topics. Therefore, adapting to new environments is no unknown task for me and one I welcome.I am a social colleague, who values the input of my peers. However, my ability to work independently has been proven several times, especially during my time at Lionheart Agrotech. Being a company based in rural Philippines, everyday required independent decision making to keep projects moving forward and on time.Throughout all my work I have had to overcome unforeseen problems, often with minimal resources and creative solutions. A great example of this would be the coconut Dehusker I oversaw construction of, which I achieved on an off-grid location with nearest workshops several hours away.
