It was always my passion to design and build furniture. What started out as a hobby turned into a business when I founded Sebastian Gerdemann Möbeldesign. Since then, crafting unique pieces of furniture and bringing ideas to life through my hands - sometimes together with my clients - is a dream come true, a mental retreat I use to find balance and a journey of learning new skills that I enjoy every day.

Together with my great Business- and Engineering-Directors responsible for the onlyfy sourcing cluster which develops all active sourcing products like the onlyfy TalentManager and also the passive sourcing offerings with onlyfy job ads. After co-developing the product strategy for the onlyfy one talent acquisition platform I'm also shaping the recruiting experience within onlyfy one together with my team of product owners.

In my roll as product owner at XING I managed the ideation, development and launch of the B2B application XING Talent Manager (https://recruiting.xing.com/de/e-recruiting-loesungen/talentmanager/). I was key driver for the redesign of the XTM towards its relaunch in 2013 - making the tool more easy for beginners and more efficient for professionals.
