I am a social innovation leader and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the international trade and development industry. I hold a Ph.D. and an MSc. in Development Studies from UCL. Additionally, I am an Ashoka Fellow and a recipient of the Jóvenes Lideres Chile award.I am the founder and director of CoLab Innovación Social UC, a social innovation lab that supports social entrepreneurs and organizations in Chile and Latin America. I also serve as a board member of SEWF, a global network and platform for social enterprises. Furthermore, I am a co-founder and director of various regenerative businesses such as Travolution.travel (regenerative tourism), Huiro Regenerative (seaweed farming), and Alimentos Manada (regenerative agriculture), with two of them certified as B Corps.My core competencies encompass corporate social responsibility, sustainability, entrepreneurship, sustainable development, innovation management, peer mentoring, and international relations. I maintain a strong media and communication profile, with multiple publications, interviews, and appearances on various platforms and in various outlets.My mission is to create and support collaborative and transformative solutions for the social and environmental challenges in the region. Additionally, I aim to foster a culture and ecosystem of social innovation and entrepreneurship. I offer a unique and distinctive approach to social innovation and entrepreneurship, combining academic research, practical experience, and participatory methods, while engaging with diverse stakeholders and actors.
