Responsible for managing 15th international implementation team /Czech, Hungary, India, UK. Responsible for all legal, accounting and business requirement based on Polish Accountancy Act, IAS and TESCO accounting policy. Creation all implementation core design documentation for Poland and other TESCO based countries Implementation and post implementation change supervision.

Responsibilities include: managing the team of eleven financial analysts /all regions/, creating the budget and financial plans of all hypermarkets in TESCO Polska network including: sales, margin, marketing costs and incomes, operational costs, payroll, malls short and long term rental incomes and stock value estimation. Additionally during the month and year closing reporting of operational results of the hypermarkets directly to the Finance Director of TESCO Polska, preparing variance analyses to the assumed plan; approval and verification of investment appraisals, verification of planned capital investments profitability analyses, leading independent projects in financial department, weekly and monthly reporting, acting on behalf of Financial Director of TESCO Polska during his absence.

Responsibilities include: managing the team of three financial analysts, creating the budget and financial plans of 13 hypermarkets including: sales, margin, marketing costs and incomes, operational costs, payroll, malls short and long term rental incomes and stock value estimation; additionally during the month and year closing reporting of operational results of the hypermarkets in the Region directly to the Finance Director of TESCO Polska, preparing variance analyses to the assumed plan, investment profitability analyses. Additional responsibilities: supervision of capital investments of Investment and Property Acquisition Department in TESCO Polska Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw.

Responsibilities included: complete financial analysis of stock loss and stock management in the particular stores and central warehouse in the process of month and year closing, budget and forecast preparation, weekly, monthly and yearly analysis preparation, TESCO Polska distribution and logistics modules’ expenses preparation and analysis, independent financial projects preparation, preparation of financial procedures for stores to enable correct registering, management and reconciliation of stock loss, preparation and participation in stock take of stores and central warehouse.
