Hard Skills:Creative and Schematic-Analytical Thinking: I am both a strong creative and schematic-analytical thinker, excelling at both holistic and detail level. (I am not into reliable detail-focused work or number-crunching though.)Idea Generation: I constantly create new ideas and love to play any form of idea back and forth. (If they are not kept alive due to some force of originality, I might lose interest though.) This makes me a natural conceptual thinker and brainstormer. (I am not too patient with working out every last technical detail however.)Curiosity and Learning: I love to curiously explore, learn and to grasp the essence of, well, almost everything. (This is a drive that doesn't cease to persist and re-emerges after every few hours of focused work.)Storytelling and Writing: I love storytelling, to write, to express myself with words. This passion enables me to express ideas effectively. (Note to myself though: the beauty of eloquent sophistication isn't always an end in itself.)Spatial and Visual Imagination: I possess a strong ability in spatial and visual imagination.Soft Skills:Empathic Communication: I practice empathic, active communication and maintain frequent social contact with mutual consideration and warmth. (Let's not lose our focus over all the bonding though!)Team Collaboration: I thrive in and contribute to work environments where mutually enriching and inspiring teamwork is valued and pursued. (Lacking it for a while takes a toll on my focus though unfortunately.)Adaptability to Challenges: I welcome challenges and a steep learning curve, which drive me to achieve new heights. (However, in its extreme, the contrary may lead to boredom and disinterest.)Flexibility and Self-Regulation: I excel in settings that allow for flexibility and self-regulated work. (With it comes the constant need for self-regulation and -motivation though: not always an easy task!)Meaningful Connections: I find meaning in my work through a genuine connection with my team or clients, coupled with a passion for the work and its results directly or indirectly for its potential to make a change that I care about (this can keep my motivation afloat; easy to conceptualise but hard to find and keep up though, isn't it? - gladly, I can be committedly enthused.)These skills fuel my enthusiasm, and I look forward to the opportunity to collaborate and make an impact together!
