As Project Manager I dealt with the entirety of a project lifecycle from pre-bid, pre-construction, during construction, and closeout. My role included attending pre-bids, acquiring COI’s and bonds for contract requirements, necessary permits, and attending client pre-work meetings during pre-construction. During construction, I was the sole Project Manager on multiple projects and was lead on submittals, acquiring subcontractor bids, writing subcontracts, scheduling, and ordering of materials. I lead progress meetings with our clients and EOR’s. I handled RFI’s, Change Orders, quality control reports, and inspections. I tracked spending and labor reports continuously through the duration of the project to find areas of improvement and communicated with Superintendents. I handled payment applications, punch-list items, warranties, and other closeout items.

As a Right-of-Way engineer, I meet with clients, field construction, and other engineering entities within our company to help deliver high speed fiber routes to our consumers. I managed most projects tasked to me individually from permitting and financial paperwork, to helping curate individual routes’ most efficient pathways and Plan & Profile. I managed around 60% of our new Colorado installs working along with CDOT and other municipalities and helped on installs in other states including California and Oklahoma.

I computed structural analysis of cellphone towers including guyed towers, monopoles, and other structures using multiple computer programs such as TNX-Tower and Excel. I reviewed and created structural tower and equipment reports for our employers such as AT&T and Verizon. I also developed on-site experience by mapping and planning equipment installs on poles around Colorado.

I was tasked with leading and pitching a digital marketing campaign for a new branch of the company during COVID-19. My focus was on understanding the main components of our products to identify our target market. I used this to create and run ads on platforms such as Google, Facebook, etc. I also helped our sales department through our advertising campaign and ran the company’s official Zoho account.
