With a $400,000 annual marketing spend budget, I generated YoY revenue growth of 50% while improving ROAS by 33%. I also managed email newsletter deployment to ~420,000 email subscribers.

Managed the paid advertising Convertus portfolio of 60+ automotive dealership clients with a combined ad spend of $2M+ annually. Launched successful lead generation campaigns on Facebook, YouTube, Google search and Google display.Communicated with clients to develop campaign strategies, and delegated implementation tasks to internal teams. Conducted the migration of the Convertus portfolio of paid advertising clients into Salesforce systems and workflows seamlessly.

Took over and managed the Paid Social solution at Convertus as the sole paid social specialist managing 30+ automotive dealership clients with a combined ad spend of $360,000+ annually. Identified inefficiencies in the current solution and transformed the offering into a standardized and scalable marketing funnel which improved lead quality, reduced labour costs, and provided consistent revenue month over month. Introduced Facebook Marketplace as an additional add-on to our Paid Social solution integrating client product feeds into automated listings on Facebook Marketplace.

Worked within a team of specialists managing a portfolio of paid search automotive dealership clients, achieving industry KPI benchmarks. Initiated optimization projects including display type A/B testing and display targeting testing to implement across the team and improve overall team performance. Created a new archive of information in our documentation portal for each client's key knowledge points, keeping it up to date, for our internal teams' reference. Lead the pilot of a YouTube offering for Convertus in collaboration with Animoto. Upon success of the pilot, created video ads in Adobe Creative Suite and launched awareness campaigns for YouTube pre-rolls, bumper ads and video discovery ads for our clients.
