My mission is to help companies differentiate themselves in the competitive marketplace and effectively reach, select and hire talent through the ideal combination of intelligence, technology, and creativity.As the founder and CEO of oona+, I lead a team and network of diverse experts who create unique and appealing employer brands, marketing concepts, recruiting campaigns and talent acquisition strategies. I and my team have successfully delivered projects for companies such as Migros Group, the largest retailer and employer in Switzerland, and won multiple awards for our innovative and user-friendly solutions.
