Deliver group workouts including boxing, strength, and high intensity interval training for groups of 10 to 46 people. Led outdoor pop up workouts to promote sales prior to studio soft opening.

I manage our agile release cycle for the SF City Option Program. I work with developers, QA analysts, and our Program team to build user stories, requirements, features & fixes for our internal homegrown CRM and external portal. Built a public facing web Lookup Tool by collaborating with Marketing Designers, Application Development, QA, and Program Managers. Deployed 100+ features, some of which deposited more than $21M dollars into medical reimbursement accounts and rebranded more than 30 emails.

Conducted user research, designed prototypes, and facilitated design sessions to solve problems for our internal and external product users. Conducted user research for and designed a digital form for our COVID-19 relief grant program, attained a 63% received rate, 10% above our goal. Designed user flows and interfaces that removed the need for staff to come in and process checks, saving them 2-4 hours per week. Conducted content and asset audits, flows, and customer journeys for our products.

Worked with a designer to create layouts, assets, and redlining docs for 3 intranet sites by leveraging and expanding on our existing design system. Built empathy with customers by understanding their pain points when using enterprise applications. Used their feedback to create video trainings, which reduced the need for one-and-done trainings.

Facilitated the development of department 3-year strategic plan by collaboratively brainstorming with IT managers; published the plan on schedule. Designed a website for our data governance board, and hosted a series of success story presentations to promote it. Measured an average of 98% positive ratings from audiences during the campaign.

Designed dashboards for the department’s objectives. Tested different tools to identify key features needed for the department’s technology roadmap. Achieved 95%+ of all measures and department goals by following those dashboards and tools.

Coached as a sub from July 2022 to Aug 2023 to cover classes as needed at the Pleasant Hill studio (average 9 hours per month). From May 2021 through May 2022 I coached 7 classes per week (10-26 people per class) in the Mission Bay and Financial District community. Deliver OTF standard workouts while adding high energy music and motivation.

For the Quantitative Tools for Managers course at JHSPH, I answered students’ questions on how to utilize financial, market, quality, operational, and utilization data to inform decision making for weekly problem sets. I also guided students in how to query, analyze, and visualize data in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel with Analysis ToolPak, and Tableau.

Monitored and developed demos for more than 60 hospital and post-acute care client accounts using Salesforce customer relationship management software. This included training materials (PowerPoint decks and Excel data reports) to guide new and existing clients using Avalere’ s Vantage Care Positioning System (CPS), a Medicare post-acute care facility data reporting tool.Conducted a product competitor analysis and user interviews. This informed the team on which new UX and UI features to develop.

Assisted with responding to user feedback and surveying online students about their experience taking online GHeL courses. Developed training videos on how to use the Global Health eLearning site, an online platform that offers international health related certificate programs.

Researched and summarized state and federal policies affecting long-term care, social insurance, Medicaid expansion, and part-time benefits for our internal staff. Designed infographics, composed newsletters, and drafted policy suggestions for the advocacy group Caring Across Generations.
