Within this position I took on responsibility of Coordinator in charge of service support being fully responsible for all level 1 and 2 technicians, this includes Level 2 hardware specialists, Level 2 regional support specialists and Level 1 service support staff.This position has given me the opportunity to manage an array of projects while gaining valuable coordinator/management experience

In this role I was able to work on my customer service skills while gaining experience in a large amount of enterprise grade applications. I was able to gain a firm understanding of backups and proprietary applications used by William Adams and CAT.
